Abstract
Předmětem zadání je návrh novostavby bydlení pro aktivní seniory s wellness komplexem v obci Šimonovice.
Hlavním cílem je navrhnout bydlení a komplex, které budou splňovat všechny potřeby seniorů, stejně důležité je vytvořit bezbariérové prostředí a prostor pro plnohodnotný a komfortní život. Tento komplex by měl být skvělým řešením pro místní obyvatele obce Šimonovice.
Úkolem bude najít vhodné řešení nové zástavby parcel v návaznosti na kulturní krajinu a stávající okolní zástavbu.
The subject of the assignment is the design of new housing for active seniors with a health complex in the village of Šimonovice. The main goal is to design housing and a complex that will meet all the needs of the elderly, it is equally important to create a barrier-free environment and a space for a full-fledged and comfortable life. This complex should be a great solution for local residents of the village of Šimonovice. The task will be to find a suitable solution for the new development of the plots in relation to the cultural landscape and the existing surrounding development.
