Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je způsob, jakým lze pojmout naši snahu o pochopení funkce ekosystému v přírodě a jeho miniaturizaci, za účelem přenesení přírody do interiéru, prostřednictvím akvária. Vytváříme světy uvnitř kostky, jenž ke zklamání mnohých, nejsou pouhým snem o nalití vody a vhození ryby. V ideálním případě mají dosáhnout biologické rovnováhy, často uvnitř minimálního možného prostoru. Tento námi vytvořený ekosystém je ale stejně křehký, jako jeho skleněné torzo pod tlakem vody, obzvlášť pokud je vystavěn na nestabilních základech.
Prostředkem pro ztvárnění záměru se stává kvádrový tvar původního akvária, jenž stálo u počátku mého čerpání informací, které byly následně využity pro vznik mého prvního ekosystému uvnitř kostky. Záměr má v tomto ohledu osobní rovinu, protože se dotýká zájmu, doprovázejícího mou osobu již řadu let. Tento tvar v kombinaci s venkovním prostředním má za cíl vizualizaci snahy o zmenšení přírody, skrze pochopení jejích základních principů, abychom je následně mohli zjednodušené využít k vytvoření naší vlastní přírody ve formě akvária. Tímto procesem může být následně uskutečněna forma translokace přírodního do interiéru. Výška hladiny vody uvnitř kvádru je nástrojem pro vizualizaci množství - růstu i úpadku - načerpaných i opomenutých informací - někdy může být prostor skoro suchý, jindy je plný až po okraj.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the way in which our effort to understand the function of the ecosystem in nature and its miniaturization, in order to bring nature indoors, through an aquarium, can be conceived. We create worlds inside a cube that, to the disappointment of many, are not just a dream of pouring water and throwing in a fish. Ideally, they should achieve biological equilibrium, often within the minimum possible space. But this ecosystem we have created is as fragile as its glass torso under water pressure, especially if it is built on unstable foundations. The cuboidal shape of the original aquarium, which stood at the beginning of my drawing of information, which was subsequently used for the creation of my first ecosystem inside the cube, becomes the means for rendering the intention. In this regard, the intention has a personal level, because it touches on an interest that has accompanied my person for many years. This shape, in combination with the outdoor medium, aims to visualize the effort to reduce nature, through the understanding of its basic principles, so that we can then use them simplified to create our own nature in the form of an aquarium. Through this process, a form of translocation of the natural into the interior can subsequently be realized. The height of the water level inside the block is a tool for visualizing the amount - growth and decay - of information absorbed and omitted - sometimes the space can be almost dry, other times it is full to the brim.
