Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je funkce a přínos sociálních služeb pro rodiny v krizi. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat systém pomoci pro rodiny v krizi formou sociálních služeb v oblasti Novoborska a Českolipska. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů vážících se k tématu, popis jednotlivých sociálních služeb, které v daném regionu působí a byly osloveny ve výzkumu praktické části práce autorky. Součástí teoretické části jsou dále metody a přístupy používané v sociální práci, úskalí sociálních pracovníků a možnosti financování sociálních služeb.
Praktická část je realizována formou dotazníkového šetření. Autorka zjišťuje základní charakteristiku služeb, klientů a jejich zakázek. Dále se věnuje způsobům práce, spolupracujícím organizacím, a naopak chybějícím subjektům. V poslední části výzkumu mapuje jejich osobní spokojenost a způsoby práce s klienty.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the function and benefit of social services for families in crisis. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the system of assistance for families in crisis in the form of social services in the region of Novoborsk and Českolipsk. The theoretical part contains an explanation of the basic terms related to the topic, a description of the individual social services that operate in the given region and were addressed in the research of the practical part of the author's work. The theoretical part also includes methods and approaches used in social work, pitfalls of social workers and possibilities of financing social services. The practical part is implemented in the form of a questionnaire survey. The author finds out the basic characteristics of services, clients and their orders. It also deals with ways of working, cooperating organizations, and, conversely, missing subjects. In the last part of the research, it maps their personal satisfaction and ways of working with clients.
