Abstract
Diplomová práce řeší problém s nevhodným uskladněním pruženek ve firmě Elas s.r.o., kde dochází k velkým teplotním výkyvům. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda výkyvy teplot mají vliv na mechanické vlastnosti pruženek. V praktické části je ucelený soubor experimentů, především dynamického namáhání, které napovědělo, jakým způsobem se testované materiály chovají v limitních podmínkách. U vybraných pruženek byl dále zkoumán povrch pomocí mikroskopických zkoušek a vnitřní struktura pomocí FTIR analýzy.
The diploma thesis solves the problem with inappropriate storage of elastics in the company Elas s.r.o. where large temperature fluctuations occur. The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out whether temperature fluctuations affect the mechanical properties of elastics. In the practical part, there is a comprehensive set of experiments, especially dynamic stress, which indicated how the tested materials behave in limit conditions. The surface of selected elastics was further examined by microscopic tests and the internal structure by FTIR analysis.
