Abstract
Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh obráběcího přípravku pro sériové obrábění dílu. V první části je shrnuta teorie a problematika obrábění tenkostěnných dílů. Následuje rešerše používaných prvků při návrhu přípravků. Druhá část se věnuje samotnému návrhu přípravku, výběru vhodných komponent, návrhu upínacího mechanismu a FEM simulacím upnutého dílu. V poslední části je provedeno zhodnocení a závěr. Součástí práce je také dokumentace sestavy, kusovník a schémata zapojení.
The diploma thesis focuses on design of a machining fixture for serial machining of a part. The first part summarizes the theory and problematics of machining thin-walled parts. Following the research of the elements used in the design of machining fixtures. The second part deals with the design of the fixture itself, the selection of suitable components, the design of the clamping mechanism and FEM simulation of the clamped part. The last section consist of evaluation and conclusion. The thesis also includes assembly drawing, bill of materials and wiring diagrams.
