Abstract
Diplomová práce pojednává o krizovém období, které ovlivnilo svět 21. století. Jelikož je každá krize specifická, není možné uplatnit univerzální nástroj na její potlačení, ale je třeba hledat nová řešení. Hlavním cílem práce je komparace vybraných krizí ve zkoumaných ekonomikách a jejich popis průběhu za účelem nalezení příčin a dopadů na zvolené ekonomiky. Dílčí cíl práce je zaměřen na komparaci vybraných opatření, která byla přijata zkoumanými ekonomikami v dobách krize se záměrem ochrany a následné obnovy ekonomik. V rámci závěrečné práce je popisován hospodářský cyklus včetně všech fází, definice krize a její možné dělení, základní teorie zahraničního obchodu a vybrané krize 20. a 21. století. Hlavní část tvoří popis finanční krize z roku 2008 a zdravotnická krize Covid-19. U obou krizí je popisován jejich vývoj, příčiny, dopady, přijatá opatření a zasažená odvětví ve vybraných zemích, kterými se staly Česká republika a Německo.
The diploma thesis deals with the crisis that affected the world of the 21st century. Each crisis is specific, it is not possible to use a universal tool to suppress it, but new solutions find new solutions. The main goal is to compare selected crises in the examined economies and their description of the course in order to find the causes and impacts on the selected economies. A partial goal is to compare the selected measures that were taken by the examined economies in times of crisis in order to protect and subsequently restore the economies. The final work describes the economic cycle, including all phases, the definition of the crisis and its possible division, the basic theory of foreign trade and selected crises of the 20th and 21st centuries. The main part is a description of the financial crisis of 2008 and the health crisis Covid-19. In both crises are described their development, causes, impacts, measures taken and affected sectors in selected countries, which are the Czech Republic and Germany.
