Abstract
Diplomová práce zkoumá dopady pandemie COVID-19 na práci studentů v podnicích. První část popisuje situace z dostupných zdrojů. Následně jsou stanoveny hlavní výzkumné otázky. Práce se dále věnuje metodikám výzkumu a sběru dat, která jsou zapotřebí k dosažení odpovědí na výzkumné otázky. Další část je zaměřena na statistickou analýzu, kde je čtenář seznámen s možnostmi zpracování dat, typy pravděpodobnostních rozdělení, testováním hypotéz a možnými druhy statistických testů. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití těchto statistických metod na základě dat z dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty Technické univerzity v Liberci. Za pomoci hypotéz a testů jsou zkoumány dopady pandemie na jejich zaměstnání. Výsledky jsou dále porovnány s ostatními zdroji a jsou zde zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné otázky.
The diploma thesis examines the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the work of students in companies. The first part describes the situation from available sources and the main research questions are identified. The thesis also describes methodologies of data collection, which are needed for achieving answers to the research questions. The next part is focused on statistical analysis, where the reader is acquainted with the possibilities of data processing, types of probability distributions, hypothesis testing and possible types of statistical tests. The practical part is focused on the use of these statistical methods based on data from a questionnaire survey among students of the Technical University of Liberec. The impacts of the pandemic on their employment are examined by using hypotheses and tests. The results are further compared with other sources and the research questions are answered.
