Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi studentů studijního programu Všeobecné ošetřovatelství o kapilárním odběru krve. Tuto metodu může provádět téměř každý zdravotnický pracovník, jelikož se jedná o miniinvazivní metodu odběru krve, která má jen velmi málo komplikací. Nicméně i přes svou jednoduchost je potřeba přesně dodržet stanovený postup odběru, aby nedocházelo k chybám v preanalytické část testování, které mohou mít neblahý vliv na analytickou fázi v laboratoři, a tak přinést zkreslené výsledky. Výzkum byl provádět se studenty studijního programu Všeobecné ošetřovatelství 2. a 3. ročníků dvou českých univerzit.
This bachelor thesis deals with the knowledge of students of the Nursing study program on capillary blood collection. This method can be performed by almost any healthcare professional, as it is a mini-invasive blood collection method that has very few complications. However, despite its simplicity, it is necessary to strictly follow the established sampling procedure in order to avoid errors in the pre-analytical part of testing, which can have an adverse effect on the analytical phase in the laboratory, and thus bring skewed results.
