Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce podrobně rozebírá politický systém Spolkové republiky Německo V úvodu nejprve vysvětlí základní terminologii, potřebnou pro další výklad. V následujících kapitolách se v postupných krocích zaměří nejprve na ústavní systém a ústavu Německé spolkové republiky a dělbu moci mezi tři složky státní moci, dále složení a funkci parlamentu a vlády, s důrazem na roli kancléře a prezidenta. U jednotlivých aktérů rozebere systém jejich volby, poté vysvětlí systém stranický, systém federálního uspořádání a rozebere funkce veřejné správy. V neposlední řadě práce ukáže klady a negativa politického systému ve Spolkové republice Německo.
This bachelor thesis analyzes in detail the political system of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the introduction, there is an explanation of the basic terminology needed for further interpretation. In the following chapters, the successive steps will focus first on the constitutional system and constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany and the division of power between the three branches of state power, the composition and function of parliament and government, with emphasis on the role of chancellor and president. It analyzes the system of election for each participant, then explains the party system, the system of federal organization and analyzes the functions of public administration. Finally, the work will show the pros and cons of the political system in the Federal Republic of Germany.
