Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím simulační výuky při vzdělávání Zdravotnických záchranářů, konkrétně při ošetření tracheostomie. Vzdělávání studentů v nelékařských zdravotnických profesích s využitím simulační výuky může doznat celé řady změn a tím se stát efektivnější a kvalitnější. Tracheostomie a ošetřovatelská péče o ni je nedílnou součástí činností zdravotnických záchranářů. Dodržování postupů ošetření tracheostomie je klíčové v prevenci vzniku infekcí tracheostomie a dýchacích cest. Teoretická část práce se věnuje nejen základním informacím o tracheostomii včetně postupu výkonu zavedení tracheostomie, ale i specifikům ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s tracheostomií včetně převazovaní či odsávání sekretu z tracheostomie. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou pojmu simulační výuka včetně jejich součástí. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce se zabývá zjištěním kritických bodů při ošetřování pacientů s tracheostomií studenty oboru Zdravotnický záchranář na nejmodernějších simulátorech.
The presented bachelor's thesis deals with the use of simulation teaching method in the education of paramedics, specifically in the treatment of tracheostomy. Education of non-medical healthcare professions using simulation teaching method may undergo a number od changes and may consequently be more effective and of better quality. Tracheostomy and nursing care of it is an integral part of paramedics' tasks. It is essential to adhere to individual steps of tracheostomy treatment in order to prevent tracheostomy and respiratory tract infections from occurring. The theoretical part focuses on basic information about tracheostomy, including not only the procedure of tracheostomy, but also the specifics of nursing care for patients with tracheostomy, which includes dressing and aspiration of secrets from tracheostomy. Another subject matter is the characteristics of the concept of simulation teaching method including its components. The research part of this bachelor's thesis focuses on identification of critical points in the treatment of patients with tracheostomy by students of the field of Paramedic in the most modern simulators.
