Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá komparacemi životů a smrtí českých a vybraných skandinávských světců žijících v 9.-12. století. Informace o těchto světcích jsou získány především analýzou hagiografických či jiných narativních textů. Takové informace jsou následně reflektovány odbornou literaturou. Takto vzniklé nástiny životů a smrtí jsou mezi sebou vzájemně komparovány. Cílem práce je zachytit společné a vyzdvihnout rysy odlišné, jenž daného světce specifikují.
This bachelor thesis deals with comparisons of the lives and deaths of the Czech and selected Scandinavian saints living in the 9th-12th centuries. Informations about these saints are specially by analysis of hagiographic or other narrative texts. Then these informations are reflected in the literature. The outlines of lives and deaths created in this way are compared with each other. The aim of the work is to capture common features and highlight the diferent features.
