Abstract
Tato diplomová práce s názvem využití pletenin při výrobě kompozitních materiálů se týká změny vlastností kompozitních materiálů při použití různých hustot a vazeb pletené výztuže. Jako výztuž bylo použité sklo, tudíž v teoretické části je popsána charakteristika skleněných vláken, stručná historie a základní informace o kompozitních materiálech a o jejich použití. Experimentální část je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na výrobní a testovací část. V první fázi jsou podány informace o výrobě pletených vzorků, jejich struktuře a následné výrobě kompozitních materiálů. Druhá část je věnována popisu použitých strojů a jsou zde vysvětleny principy experimentů. Poslední část je interpretace výsledků, grafická zobrazení a shrnutí výsledků.
This diploma thesis called the use of knitted fabrics in the production of composite materials relates to the change of properties of composite materials using different densities and knitted reinforcement bond. The glass was used as reinforcement, therefore in the theoretical part the characteristics of glass fiber, a brief history and basic information about composite materials and their use and subsequent use are used. The experimental part is divided into two parts - the production part and the test part. The first part provides information about the production of knitted samples, their structure and subsequent production of composite materials. The second part is devoted to the description of used machines and explains the principles of experiments. The last part is the interpretation of results, graphical representations and summary of results.
