Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou mezinárodních obchodních činností uskutečňovaných podnikem a způsoby jejich financování. Zkoumá efektivitu využití určitých nástrojů financování při objemných zakázkách, kde nemusí být postavení obou smluvních stran rovnocenné. Práci zahajuje teoretická rešerše, která uvádí do problematiky mezinárodního obchodu a nastavení jeho podmínek, a to především v rámci mezinárodní kupní smlouvy. Definuje rozličné nástroje financování obchodu a v neposlední řadě i rizika z obchodu plynoucí a možné cesty k jejich zajištění. Druhá analytická část seznamuje s vybraným podnikem, jeho profilem a základními finančními ukazateli. Detailně rozebírá vybraný obchodní případ a nástroj, kterým byl financován. Zkoumá postup využití tohoto nástroje, jeho nákladovost a výhodnost využití. Závěrem práce uvádí alternativní způsoby financování, které mohly být pro danou operaci použity, a porovnává je s nástrojem, který podnik pro financování zakázky využil.
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of international trade activities carried out by a company and methods by which they are financed. It investigates the efficiency of the use of certain financial instruments in large contracts, where the position of both parties may not be equal. The thesis begins with a theoretical research which introduces the issue of international trade and the establishment of the conditions thereof, especially in the international purchase contract. It defines various financial instruments of trade and, last but not least, trade risks and possible ways of safeguarding against them. The second analytical part introduces the selected company, its profile and basic financial indicators. It analyzes in detail the selected business case and the instrument with which it was financed. It examines the process of using this instrument, its costs and cost-effectiveness. Finally, the thesis presents alternative financial instruments that could be used for the operation and compares them with the instrument that the company used to finance the contract.
