Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení výrobního procesu, převážně jeho předvýrobní etapy. Cílem této práce je odhalení nedostatků ve vybraném procesu a následné navržení možných opatření k jejich nápravě. Dílčím cílem je objasnění pojmů spojených s řízením podnikových procesů a popis předvýrobní etapy v podniku Elite Bohemia. Práce v úvodní části seznamuje s teoretickými východisky z oblastí podnikových procesů a moderního konceptu Lean management, jenž společnostem umožňuje odhalení plýtvání a jeho následné odstraňování. V třetí kapitole je dále představen zvolený podnik, jeho stručný historický vývoj a výrobkový sortiment. Poté práce popisuje stávající stav vybraného procesu se všemi jeho fázemi. Na základě provedené analýzy je následně současný stav předvýrobní etapy zhodnocen a jsou podniku navržena opatření k jeho zlepšení.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of production process management, mainly its pre-production stages. The aim of this work is to reveal shortcomings in the selected process and then propose possible measures to correct them. The partial goal is to clarify the concepts associated with the management of business processes and a description of the pre-production stage in the Elite Bohemia company. In the introductory part, the thesis introduces the theoretical basis of business processes and the modern concept of Lean management, which allows companies to detect waste and its subsequent elimination. The third chapter further introduces the selected company, its brief historical development and a product range. Then, the work describes the current state of the selected process with all its phases. Based on the performed analysis, the current state of the pre-production stage is subsequently evaluated and measures are proposed for the company to improve it.
