Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je odborná praxe z pohledu studentů všeobecné sestry. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je přístup všeobecných sester, lékařů ale i ostatního personálu ke studentům kladný. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena především na aktuální vzdělávání všeobecných sester v České republice. Dále je popsáno mentorování, supervize nebo také komunikace v ošetřovatelství. Výzkumná část analyzuje výsledky získané dotazníkovým šetřením. Výstupem z této práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
The topic of the thesis is the Professional Training from the General Nursing Students´ Point of View. The aim of the thesis was to find out, whether the approach of general nurses, doctors but also other staff to students is positive. The theoretical part of the work is focused mainly on the current education of general nurses in the Czech Republic. Mentoring, supervision or communication in nursing is also described. The research component analyzes the results obtained from the questionnaire survey. The output of this thesis is an article prepared for publication.
