Abstract
Všeobecná sestra se s ránami a jejich hodnocením setkává běžně při své práci. Je velice důležité, aby rány byly hodnoceny jednotně, objektivně a co nejpřesněji na základě vytvořených ošetřovatelských postupů z ověřených výzkumů. Teoretická část popisuje rozdělení ran podle různých příčin jejich vzniku, uvádí způsoby hodnocení ran hodnotícími škálami podle Evidence Based Nursing a jejich hojení. Výzkumná část je rozborem a vyhodnocením znalostí všeobecných sester z dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem závěrečné práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
The general nurse encounters meets commonly with the wounds and their evaluation during her work. It is very important that the wounds are evaluated undividedly, objectively and as accurately as possible on the basis of established nursing procedures from verified researches. The theoretical part describes the distribution of the wounds according to various causes of their origin, presents the methods of wound evaluation using the rating scales according to Evidence Based Nursing and their healing. The research part is an analysis and evaluation of the knowledge of general nurses from a questionnaire survey. The output of the final work is an article ready for publication.
