Abstract
Katetrizace močového měchýře muže je běžným terapeuticko-diagnostickým výkonem, který musí být proveden výhradně aseptickým postupem. Znalost specifik a postupů v souvislosti s asistencí při výkonu je nezbytnou součástí vědomostí zdravotnických záchranářů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje popsaná specifika katetrizace močového měchýře muže, dále informace o močových katetrech samotných, způsobu jejich zavádění, a nakonec jsou zmíněné charakteristické intervence u pacientů se zavedeným permanentním močovým katetrem. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů o specifikách katetrizace močového měchýře muže a postupu při asistenci u samotného výkonu v kontextu s Národními ošetřovatelskými postupy vydanými MZČR. Znalosti jsou ověřovány za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
Catheterization of the male urinary bladder is a commonly practiced therapeutic and diagnostic procedure, which must be performed solely using an aseptic technique. Knowledge of specifics and methods in connection with assistance during an intervention is an essential part of the paramedics' understanding. The theoretical part of the thesis contains described specifics of catheterization of the male urinary bladder, information about the urinary catheters themselves, the method of their insertion, and finally the characteristic interventions in patients with an inserted permanent urinary catheter. The research part is focused on the knowledge of paramedics about specifics of catheterization of the male urinary bladder and the procedure for assistance during an intervention itself according to the National nursing procedures issued by Ministry of Health. The knowledge is verified by a survey. The output of the thesis is prepared article for publication.
