Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika rehabilitačního ošetřování pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce se v úvodu zaměřuje na charakteristiku samotné cévní mozkové příhody, krátce popisuje roli všeobecné sestry v rehabilitačním ošetřování a fungování domácí péče v naší zemi. Její větší část je zaměřena na typy cvičení horních a dolních končetin a na vhodné pomůcky ke cvičení. Druhá empirická část práce analyzuje znalosti sester ve cvičení horních a dolních končetin v domácím prostředí pacienta, jaké pomůcky používají a kolik času věnují samotnému cvičení. Empirická část je realizována kvalitativní metodou, technikou nestandardizovaných rozhovorů.
This bachelor thesis focuses on specifics of rehabilition treatment of patients who suffered from a stroke. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part begins with the characteristics of the stroke itself, a short description of registred nurse's role in rehabilitation treatment and functioning of a home care in our country. The main part is focused on types of upper and lower limb exercises and suitable aids for exercises. The second empirical part of this work analyses the knowledge of nurses in upper and lower extremity exercises at patient's home, what kind of aids they should use and how much time they should spend in order the exercise. The empirical part is implemented by qualitative method, standardized interview technique.
