Abstract
Závěrečná práce se věnuje problematice rozvoje fonematického sluchu na 1. stupni ZŠ, jehož porucha je jedním z mnoha symptomů vývojové dysfázie. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce definuje termín fonematický sluch, jeho poruchy a seznamuje s diagnostikou fonematického sluchu. Podrobně popisuje poruchu vývoje jazykových schopností, tedy vývojovou dysfázii, přibližuje její klasifikaci, etiologii, symptomatologii, diagnostiku, terapii a prognózu. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část práce věnuje zvukové stránce jazyka, vybrané kapitoly představují hláskosloví a psaní hlásek podléhajících spodobě znělosti. Cílem teoretické části závěrečné práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou fonematického sluchu a jeho poruch ve vztahu s předmětem český jazyk, jenž je vyučovaný na 1. stupni ZŠ.Hlavním cílem praktické části závěrečné práce je vytvoření takových pracovních listů, které mohou podpořit rozvoj fonematického uvědomování, a to jak u žáků, kterým byla stanovena diagnóza vývojové dysfázie, tak popřípadě u žáků s normálním vývojem řeči, kterým oblast fonematické diferenciace činí problémy. V praktické části je také uveden popis intervence klinického logopeda u dívky s vývojovou dysfázií v průběhu jednoho roku.
The final thesis deals with the development of phonemic hearing at the 1st grade of the elementary school, the disorder of which is one of the many symptoms of developmental dysphasia. The whole thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term phonemic hearing, its disorders and introduces the diagnosis of phonemic hearing. It describes in detail the disorder of the development of language skills, developmental dysphasia, approaches its classification, etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis. Last but not least, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the sound part of the language, selected chapters represent phonology and the writing of sounds subject to the form of sound. The aim of the theoretical part of the final thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of phonemic hearing and its disorders in relation to the school subject Czech language taught at the 1st grade of the elementary school.The main goal of the practical part of the final thesis is to create worksheets that can support the development of phonemic awareness, both in students diagnosed with developmental dysphasia and in students with normal speech development, for whom phonemic differentiation causes problems. The practical part also describes the intervention of a clinical speech therapist on a girl with developmental dysphasia within one year.
