Abstract
Tato práce je zaměřena na přípravu a charakterizaci nových typů hybridních nanomateriálů založených na bázi organosilanů, které by se daly uplatnit především v medicínských aplikacích, ale i jinde. Sol-gel metodou připravené hybridní nanočástice byly charakterizovány pomocí dusíkové adsorbce, skenovací elektronové mikroskopie (SEM), transmisní elektronové mikroskopie (TEM), termogravimetrické analýzy (TGA). Dále byla testována cytotoxicita a štěpení S-S vazeb. Do hybridních nanočástic byla inkorporována léčiva L-dopa a doxorubicin (DOX).
This thesis deals with the preparation and characterisation of new hybrid nanomaterials based on organosilanes, which have the potential to be used in many applications, particularly in medicine. Particles prepared by the sol-gel method were characterized via different techniques including nitrogen adsorption, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Furthermore, cytotoxicity and cleavage of -S-S- bonds were tested. The drugs L-dopa and doxorubicin (DOX) were tested with the aim to use them as loading agents into the hybrid nanoparticles.
