Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou intraoseálního vstupu. Zavedení intraoseálního vstupu pacientovi ve vážném zdravotním stavu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči může vést ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacienta. Teoretická část práce obsahuje obecné informace o intraoseálním vstupu, postup zavádění, ošetřovatelskou péči a aplikaci léčivých látek. Výzkumná část se zabývá znalostmi studentů studijního oboru zdravotnický záchranář, kteří se s intraoseálním vstupem mohou setkat jak při studiu, tak v následné praxi. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit znalosti studentů studijního oboru zdravotnický záchranář o intraoseálních vstupech, zavádění intraoseálního vstupu a zásadách aplikace léčiv intraoseálním vstupem. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku o intraoseálním vstupu.
The bachelor thesis deals with intraosseous access. The introduction of intraosseous access to a patient in severe medical condition in pre-hospital emergency care may lead to an improvement in the patient's medical condition. The theoretical part contains general information about intraosseous access, procedure of introduction, nursing care and application of active substances. The research part deals with the knowledge of the students of the medical paramedic field of study, who may encounter intraosseous access both during their studies and in the following practice. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the knowledge of students of the paramedic branch of study about intraosseous access, introduction of intraosseous access and principles of drug administration by intraosseous access. The output of this thesis will be an article prepared for publication in a specialized periodical on intraosseous access.
