Abstract
Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do dvou částí na teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části se pojednává o supervizi jako takové a její aplikaci v praxi zdravotnického záchranáře. Ve výzkumné části se zabývám znalostí samotné supervize, jejím významu a prospěšnosti. Především se soustředím na skutečnost, zda respondentky znají supervizi a stály by o zavedení supervize do běžné praxe. Výzkumná část byla provedena kvalitativní metodou. Byl použit polostrukturovaný rozhovor se záchranářkami pracujícími na Zdravotnické záchranné službě libereckého kraje. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part deals with the supervision as such and its application in the practice of a paramedic. In the research part I study the knowledge of supervision itself, its importance and usefulness. I primarily focus on the fact whether the respondents know supervision and would be interested in the introduction of supervision into common practice. The research part was performed with the use of the qualitative method. A semi-structured interview with paramedics working for the Emergency Medical Services of the Liberec Region was used. The output of the bachelor's thesis is an article ready for publication in a professional periodical.
