Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zásady ošetření a transportu pacienta s vysoce nebezpečnou nákazou. Teoretická část této práce definuje vysoce nebezpečné nákazy a popisuje infekční nemoci z pohledu epidemiologie. Dále se soustředí na předcházení přenosu infekce, hygienická opatření, dekontaminaci, a na specifika ošetření a transportu pacienta s vysoce nebezpečnou nákazou. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce byla provedena kvalitativní metodou pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zdravotnickými záchranáři z biohazard týmu zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje. Zaměřuje se na vyšetření pacienta s podezřením na přítomnost vysoce nebezpečné nákazy, zjišťuje připravenost zdravotnické záchranné služby na ošetření a transport pacienta s vysoce nebezpečnou nákazou a postupy zdravotnických záchranářů během transportu pacienta s vysoce nebezpečnou nákazou.
The subject of this bachelor's thesis are treatment and transportation principles for a patient with a highly dangerous infection. The theoretical part of this thesis defines highly dangerous infections and describes infectious diseases from the epidemiological point of view. It also focuses on infection transmission prevention, hygiene measures, decontamination, and the specifics of treatment and transportation of a patient with a highly dangerous infection. The research part of this bachelor's thesis was made using the qualitative method via semi-structured interviews with the biohazard team paramedics of the Liberec district emergency medical services. It focuses on the examination of a patient with a suspected highly dangerous infection, preparedness of the emergency medical services for treatment and transport of a patient with a highly dangerous infection, and the procedures used by paramedics during the transport of a pacient with a highly dangerous infection.
