Abstract
This study analyses one aspect of the retribution
judiciary in the post war Czechoslovakia. Particularly it focuses on the activity of
the Penal Adjudication Commission in Jablonec nad Nisou during the fi rst stage
of the retribution, that was established by the Small Retribution Decree. Its goal
was to punish minor collaborators.
