Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou společenské odpovědnosti firem, konkrétně ve firmě působící ve zpracovatelském průmyslu. Práce má dvě hlavní části, a jsou jimi část teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jež se k této problematice vážou. Jsou zde vyjmenovány principy a přínosy společenské odpovědnosti. V této první části je také popsán historický vývoj společenské odpovědnosti v Evropě a v České republice. Následuje deskripce jednotlivých kroků implementace společenské odpovědnosti firem a standardů, podle kterých se společenská odpovědnost řídí. V části praktické je nejdříve charakterizováno samotné odvětví, ve kterém vybraná společnost působí. Poté je představen podnik a jeho aktuální situace v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti. V závěru práce je situace zhodnocena, jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a také jsou představeny autorčiny vlastní návrhy na zlepšení současné situace společnosti v oblasti CSR.
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility, specifically with a company operating in the manufacturing industry. The thesis has got two main parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to this issue. There are listed principles and benefits of social responsibility. This first part also describes the historical development of the social responsibility in the Europe and in the Czech Republic. It is followed by a description of the individual steps of implementing corporate social responsibility and the standards that govern corporate social responsibility. The practical part first characterizes the industry in which the selected company operates. Then the company and its current situation in the area of social responsibility, are introduced. At the end of the diploma thesis the situation is evaluated, the results of the questionnaire are recorded and also the author´s suggestions for improvement of current situation of company in the area of corporate social responsibility are presented.
