Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturu podniku. Cílem tétobakalářské práce je zhodnotit teorie optimální kapitálové struktury a jejich využití v praxi napříkladu konkrétního vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Dále jsou v práci zmíněnyzpůsoby výpočtů nákladů kapitálu podniku a jejich samotné teoretické modely a principy.V praktické části je charakterizován kapitál vybraného podniku. Na základě výpočtů asesbíraných informací o kapitálu vybraného podnikatelského subjektu, které jsou aplikoványna jednotlivých modelech pro optimální kapitálovou strukturu, je podniku doporučenanejvhodnější varianta kapitálové struktury.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the property and capital structure of the company. The aimof this bachelor thesis is to evaluate theories of the optimal capital structure and their use inpractice on the example of a specific selected company. Furthermore, the thesis mentionsthe methods of calculating the costs of capital of the company and their theoretical modelsand principles. The practical part characterizes the capital of the selected company. Basedon calculations and collected information on the capital of the selected company, which areapplied to individual models for the optimal capital structure. In the end of thesis isrecommended the most suitable variant of the capital structure for selected company.
