Abstract
Bakalářská práce Leasingové a úvěrové financování ve vybraném podniku je zaměřena na možnost leasingového a úvěrového financování majetku ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je komparovat nabídku leasingového financování od leasingové společnosti a úvěrového financování od banky a zhodnotit, která varianta je pro podnik výhodnější. Jednotlivé varianty financování podnikové investice jsou vyhodnoceny dle administrativní náročnosti, finanční náročnosti, vlastnictví, disponování s majetkem a dle účetních a daňových dopadů. V teoretické části jsou nejprve charakterizovány zdroje financování podniku, v následujících kapitolách jsou detailně vymezeny pojmy leasing a úvěr. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání leasingového a úvěrového financování podniku Prometheus s.r.o. při realizaci zamýšlené investice podniku ve formě pořízení osobního automobilu k podnikání a zhodnocení vhodnějšího profinancování.
A Bachelor thesis called Leasing and loan financing in a selected company is focused on possibilities of leasing and loan financing of business assets in a selected firm. The aim of this thesis is to compare the offer of leasing financing from a leasing company and loan financing from a bank and to evaluate which option is more advantageous for the company. Individual variants of corporate financing are evaluated according to administrative demands, financial demands, ownership, disposing of assets and according to accounting and tax impacts. In the theoretical part there are first described financial sources of the company, in the following chapters the terms leasing and loan are defined in detail. The practital part is focused on the comparison of leasing and loan financing of the company Prometheus s.r.o. in realization of the planned investment in the form of purchasing a car for business and evaluation of more suitable financing.
