Abstract
Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice tzv. malé retribuce. Konkrétně jsem za pomocí analýzy pramenů a jejich komparace s poznatky z odborné literatury rekonstruovala činnost Trestní nalézací komise v Děčíně v letech 1946 až 1948. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována případům tzv. horizontální kolaborace.
The bachelor thesis deals with the proceedings of the Penalty finding commission at Děčín. I tried to reconstruct an activity of the Pentalty finding commision at Děčín during the years 1946 to 1948 by way of analysis of historical sources and their comparison with findings from specialized literature. Specific attention is dedicated to the cases of horizontal collaboration.
