Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Případy dobré praxe maloobchodů v Liberci a zabývá analýzou společností Brazzale Moravia a.s., Knihkupectví a antikvariát Fryč s.r.o. a APe pražírna a balírna s.r.o. Jednotlivé společnosti provozují maloobchod v centru města Liberec. V analýze jsou obsaženy vnější vlivy obklopující společnosti (ekonomické, politické, sociálně-kulturní a technologické) a analýza vnitřního prostředí jednotlivých společností. Dílčím cílem práce je sledování vývoje centra města Liberce v letech 2017-2019. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na maloobchod, vybrané trendy v maloobchodu a strategickou analýzu podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných podniků a strukturu maloobchodu v centru města v letech 2011-2019. Výstupem práce je návrh podnikových strategií.
This thesis on the topic of Best practice cases in Liberec retail analyses three businesses: Brazzale Moravia a.s., bookshop Knihkupectví a antikvariát Fryč s.r.o., and a coffee roasting company APe pražírna a balírna s.r.o.. These individual firms operate a retail business in the centre of Liberec. The analytical section includes the analysis of external factor (political, economic, sociological, technological) as well as internal factors, which can both have an impact on a business. A separate section is dedicated to the development of the city of Liberec and its surroundings between the years of 2011-2019. The theoretical chapter looks at the definitions of retail-related terms, selected trends in retail, and the theory of strategical business analysis. The practical part focuses on the analysis of selected businesses and the structure of retail in the city centre between 2011-2019. The outcome of this thesis is a business strategy proposal for each of the selected companies.
