Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je popis a analýza působení nadnárodního subjektu HYDRA. Literární rešerše se nejprve zabývá teorií nadnárodních korporací. V úvodu je popsán vývoj globalizace, který determinuje vznik a vývoj MNC i nadnárodního obchodu obecně. Následuje rozbor typů nadnárodních společností. Druhá kapitola rešerše popisuje systémy spolupráce společností uvnitř nadnárodního podniku. Zde jsou vysvětleny základní vztahy panující v MNC, typy organizačních struktur a jsou nastíněny principy řízení procesů v MNC včetně jejich analytické metody modelování. Následující část práce je analýza zaměřená na nadnárodní subjekt HYDRA. Obsahem je deskripce historie společnosti, organizační struktury subjektu a charakteristiky jejich jednotlivých společností. Následuje analýza sesterských společností subjektu HYDRA. Procesním diagramem (příloha A) je zachycen současný model spolupráce, který poukazuje na nedostatky ve spolupráci. Nedostatkové oblasti jsou zanalyzovány a pro jejich eliminaci autorka navrhuje vlastní modely řešení. U navrhovaných řešení je provedeno vyhodnocení původních a nových nedostatkových oblastí a jejich celková ekonomická proveditelnost. Autorkou vybraný nejvhodnější alternativní model spolupráce je zobrazen procesním diagramem (příloha B). Práci uzavírá pohled na oblasti rozvoje nadnárodního subjektu.
The subject of the master's thesis is to describe and analyse the multinational group HYDRA. The theoretical part describes the globalization development which determines the emergence and development of MNC and international trade in general. It follows by an analysis of the MNC types. Second part of the research describes cooperation systems of companies within a multinational enterprise. In this chapter we can find the explanation of the relationships in MNC, types of organizational structures and principles of MNC process management including their analytical modelling are outlined. The following part of the thesis is an analysis focused on the multinational group HYDRA. It contains a description of the company history, the organizational structure of the group and the characteristics of its individual companies. This follows by an analysis of the HYDRA sister companies. The process diagram (Annex A) shows the current model of cooperation, which points to the cooperation failure. These failures are analysed and the authoress proposes her own models of solutions for their elimination. The proposed solutions are evaluated by the original and new failure areas and their economic feasibility. The most appropriate alternative cooperation model chosen by the authoress is shown by a process diagram (Annex B). The thesis concludes by the areas of development of the multinational group.
