Abstract
Vzhledem k rychle se rozvíjejícím informačním technologiím a propojování světa obchodu a služeb v rámci globalizace jsou virtuální týmy velmi populární. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vedením virtuálních týmů, postavením vedoucího pracovníka v nich a rozdíly mezi virtuálním a konvenčním týmem. V teoretické části jsou popsány rozdíly mezi leaderem a manažerem, rozdíly ve vedení virtuálního a konvenčního týmu a klíčové vlastnosti leadera pro úspěšné vedení virtuálního týmu. Praktická část demonstruje na reálném projektu malého týmu principy vedení virtuálního týmu, poukazuje na rozdíly mezi virtuálním a konvenčním týmem a na schopnosti leadera při vedení virtuálního týmu.
Due to the rapidly evolving ICT and the interconnection of the world of business and services in the context of globalization, virtual teams are very popular. This bachelor thesis deals with leadership of virtual teams, position of manager in them and differences between virtual and conventional team. The theoretical part describes the differences between the leader and the manager, the differences in the leadership of the virtual and conventional team and the key features of the leader for the successful leadership of the virtual team. The practical part demonstrates the principles of virtual team leadership on a real project of a small team, points out the differences between a virtual and a conventional team and the ability of a leader to lead a virtual team.
