Abstract
Tato práce je zaměřena na volbu různých typů tenkých vrstev s využitím v oblasti medicínských implantátů a na volbu jejich depozice na zvoleném substrátu při použití odlišných metod depozice. Teoretická část se zabývá materiály pro medicínské implantáty a jejich vlastnostmi, se zaměřením na tenké vrstvy. Experimentální část zahrnuje výrobu tenkých vrstev s různými parametry depozice testováním jejich vlastností vzhledem k aplikaci na medicínské implantáty, se zaměřením na jejich degradaci, biokompatibilitu a tribologické vlastnosti.
This work focuses on the choice of different types of thin layers for medical implants and the choice of their deposition on the selected substrate using different deposition methods. The theoretical part deals with materials for medical implants and their properties, focusing on thin layers. The experimental part involves the production of thin layers with different deposition parameters and the testing of their properties with respect to application to medical implants, with a focus on their degradation, biocompatibility and tribological properties.
