Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Dohledem a regulací nad finančním trhem v EU a jeho implementací v ČR. Je zaměřena především na český bankovní dohled reprezentovaný Českou národní bankou. První kapitola bakalářské práce se zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti finančního trhu. Druhá kapitola hovoří o finančních institucích jako Centrální banka, Evropská centrální banka a jejich systému dohledu nad finančním trhem. Ve třetí kapitole je popsán vývoj regulace v ČR a dohled nad finančním trhem v ČR. Poslední kapitola pojednává o implementaci jednoho z nařízení EU do zákonů v ČR, a jakým způsobem k implementaci přistupují vybrané podniky fungující na finančním trhu v ČR.
This bachelor thesis deals with supervision and regulation of the financial market in the European Union and its implementation in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focuesd on Czech bank supervisoin represented by the Czech National Bank. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the basic terms connected with financial market field. The second chapter talks about selected financial institutions, namely about the Central Bank, the European Cental Bank and their financial market supervison system. In the third chapter the development of regulation in the Czech Republic and supervison of the financial market in the Czech Republic is described. The last chapter deals with the implementation of one of the EU regulation to law in the Czech Republic and how to implement selected enterprises operating on the Czech financial market.
