Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na segmentaci tukové tkáněa jater v MR snímcích. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s biologiítukové tkáně a jater, principem MR zobrazování a poskytuje široký přehledpoužívaných segmentačních metod. Experimentální část se věnujetestování vybraných metod na reálných datech a jejich porovnání.
This diploma thesis is focused on segmentation of adiposetissue and liver in MR images. The theoretical part introduces the biologyof adipose tissue and liver, principle of MR imaging to readers andprovides a wide overview of used segmentation methods. The experimentalpart of the thesis deals with testing of chosen methods on realdata and their comparison.
