Abstract
Ve vodách se nachází celé spektrum látek (tzv. mikropolutantů), které neumíkonvenční technologie v čistírnách odpadních vod odstranit, a tak je třeba hledatalternativní způsoby jejich odstraňování. Mikropolutanty se do vod dostávajíz bodových a plošných zdrojů. Protože jsou tyto látky často ve vodách zastoupenypouze v malých množstvích, je jejich analýza náročná. Nicméně analytické laboratornímetody se rychle rozvíjejí a umožňují detekci velmi nízkých koncentrací látek vevodním prostředí. Legislativa v tuto chvíli stanovuje seznam látek (tzv. endokrinníchdisruptorů), které jsou považovány za rizikové a je třeba je sledovat. Dosud není uvšech endokrinních disruptorů známa koncentrace, při které mají tyto látky negativníúčinky na lidský organismus. V této práci se zabývám výskytem endokrinníchdisruptorů ve vodě. Popisuji metody stanovení endokrinních disruptorů ve vodnímprostředí a možnosti jejich odstranění. Analyzuji situaci výskytu endokrinníchdisruptorů (zvláště pesticidů a farmak) ve vodách České republiky a diskutuji možnostieliminace těchto látek z životního prostředí.
There is a wide range of substances (so-called micro-pollutants) that cannot beremoved by conventional technologies in sewage treatment plants, so alternative waysto remove them must be found. Micropollutants get into the water from spot andsurface sources. Because these substances are often only in small quantities in water,their analysis is demanding. However, analytical laboratory methods are rapidlyevolving to detect very low concentrations of substances in the aquatic environment.Legislation now sets out a list of substances (so-called endocrine disruptors) that areconsidered to be risky and should be monitored. Until now, it is not certain whichconcentrations of endocrine disruptors can have negative effects on the human body.In this paper I deal with the occurrence of endocrine disruptors in water. I describemethods of determination of endocrine disruptors in the aquatic environment andpossibilities of their elimination. I analyse the situation of endocrine disruptors(especially pesticides and pharmacies) in the waters of the Czech Republic and discussthe possibilities of eliminating these substances from the environment.
