Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Měření finanční výkonnosti vybraného podniku je zaměřena na měření finanční výkonnosti společnosti Riegelein, k. s. pomocí vybraných metod za sledované období 4/2014-4/2018. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví vybrané společnosti pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. První část diplomové práce se soustředí na literární rešerši, jenž vymezuje pojem finanční výkonnost a zároveň představuje vybrané ukazatele používané pro měření finanční výkonnosti. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na představení vybrané společnosti a následné aplikace vybraných ukazatelů pro posouzení finanční situace společnosti. Výsledky těchto ukazatelů jsou interpretovány. Na závěr práce je vyhodnocena současná finanční situace společnosti na základě zjištěných hodnot vybraných ukazatelů a jsou navržena opatření a doporučení, která by měla vést ke zvýšení finanční výkonnosti a zároveň k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků.
The thesis titled Measuring the Financial Performance of the Selected Company focuses on measurement of the financial performance of Riegelein, k. s., using selected methods for the reporting period 4/2014-4/2018. The objective of this work is to evaluate the financial health of the selected company using selected indicators. The first part of the thesis, focusing on literary research, defines the concept of financial performance and at the same time presents selected indicators used for measuring financial performance. The second part of the thesis focuses on the introduction of the selected company, on which selected indicators are applied for the assessment of the financial situation of the company. The results of those indicators are interpreted. At the end of the thesis, the current financial situation of the company is evaluated with the help of selected indicators and also measures and recommendations are proposed, which should lead to an increase in financial performance and at the same time to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
