Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj podniku působícího ve službách, konkrétně ubytovacího zařízení s názvem Pension Pod Vlekem, nacházejícím se v Jizerských horách. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení inovace a změny konceptu tohoto zařízení. Podnik se zcela zaměřil na jinou cílovou skupinu a provedl další nezbytné kroky ke zlepšení chodu zařízení a zvýšení zisků. K tomuto účelu bude sloužit zpracování podnikatelského plánu s jeho nezbytnými náležitostmi a konkrétními analýzami. V závěru bude poukázáno na zjištění, zda změna splnila či v budoucnu splní svůj účel, kde si také sám majitel potvrdí svá tvrzení, plány a cíle. Práce obsahuje teoretické informace a jejich následnou aplikaci v části praktické, kde se formou jednotlivých analýz, výpočtů a komparace situace podniku před a po rekonstrukci dojde k samotnému závěru s případnými návrhy na další zlepšování.
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of a selected company providing services, namely accommodation. The facility the thesis focuses on is called Pension Pod Vlekem and is situated in the Jizera Mountains. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the innovation and the change of concept of this guest house. It started targeting at a different tourist group and has made others essential steps to improve running of the guest house and increase the amount of sales. For this purpose a good business plan with its crucial requirements and specific analysis was written. In conclusion, it will be discussed whether the changes now or in the future have fulfilled the expectations of the owner who is continuously checking his statements, plans and objectives. The thesis consists of theoretical information and their subsequent application in practical part, where various analyses, calculations and comparisons of the situation of the guest house before and after the reconstruction are made. Potential proposals for other improvements are also discussed.
