Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace a finanční situace ve vybraném podniku. Věnuje se analýze současné finanční a digitalizační situace, součástí je také průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců. První část bakalářské práce uvádí základní teoretická východiska tématu, jedná se především o vysvětlení pojmů průmyslová revoluce 4.0, digitalizace a Big Data a práce s nimi. Druhá část práce je věnována představení společnosti, náhled do finanční situace, vývoje sociálních sítí a digitalizace pod různými úhly pohledu. V jejím úvodu je představena struktura M4M a charakterizovány agendy. Následně nahlížíme do vývoje sledovanosti portálu a sociálních sítí. Použity jsou analýzy SEO, tepelné mapy a další. Detailní popis a vývoj finanční situace za roky 2017 a 2018. Vše je shrnuto do přehledné SWOT analýzy. V závěrečné části jsou přehodnoceny investice, pokrok, zhodnocena a popsána aktuální situace a nastíněny možné návrhy na případné zefektivnění a zlepšení finanční situace.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the digitalization in the web company M4M. It is focused on the analysis of the M4M digitalization, its evaluation and the outline of the measures that could help the company to make better its financial situation. The first part of the thesis provides the basic theoretical basis of the theme, especially industrial revolution 4.0, digitalization, Big Data and Google Analytics. Then the presentation of the company, its organigram, financial analyses and status of the digitalization. The second part is dedicated to the company´s research focused on the satisfaction of working conditions and the level of digitalization. The digital tools are explained in details and several research methods are used. The financial figures of previous fiscal years 2017 and 2018 are presented. SWOT analyses is applied to assess the situation in the company. To complete there is the summery of the conclusions of all parts of the thesis presented with possible improvements of the overall financial situation of the company.
