Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá intoxikací ethylakoholem, který působí na fyzické i psychické zdraví. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsou popsány změny vlivem jednorázové intoxikace, změny způsobené dlouhodobým nadužíváním, urgentní péče a komunikace s intoxikovanými. Výzkum byl prováděn na výjezdových stanicích zdravotnické záchranné služby, pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat, jak často se zdravotničtí záchranáři setkávají při výjezdech k pacientům intoxikovaných ethylakoholem s agresivitou, zmapovat míru vzdělanosti zdravotnických záchranářů o přístupu k agresivním pacientům intoxikovaných ethylalkoholem a zmapovat zájem zdravotnických záchranářů o absolvování kurzů komunikace s agresivními pacienty. Výstupem z práce je článek vycházející z výsledků výzkumu.
The bachelor thesis deals with intoxication by ethyl alcohol, which affects both physical and mental health. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part describes changes due to one-time intoxication, changes caused by long-term overuse, urgent care for and communication with the intoxicated. The research was conducted on exit stations of emergency medical services by means of questionnaire survey. Purpose of the thesis was to map out how offen do paramedics attending patients intoxicated with ethyl alcohol have to deal with aggressivity, then how educated paramidics are regarding this issue and find out how interested they are in undergoing education courses to learn how to comunicate with agressive patients. The output of this thesis is an article based on the results of the research.
