Abstract
Práce se zabývá územím na důležité městské cestě blízko řeky Ploučnice v České Lípě. Snaží se využit potenciál místa a navázat ztracené spojení dvou částí města - historického jádra a jižního břehu. Návrh zahrnuje analýzu unikátního místa a architektonické řešení nové zástavby s obytnou funkcí. Záměrem je také oživení veřejného prostoru parku při Smetanově nábřeží a protějšího břehu řeky.
The work deals with the area on an important urban way near the river Ploučnice in Česká Lípa. Proposal tries to exploit the potential of the site and establish a lost connection between the city center and the south bank of the river. The design includes analysis of a unique site and architectural proposal of the new residential housing by the river. The intention is also to revive the public space of the park along the Smetanovo nábřeží and the opposite bank of the river.
