Abstract
Tato práce je zaměřena na porovnání výsledků při hodnocení energetické náročnosti budov pomocí energetického auditu a průkazu energetické náročnosti budov. V prvním kroku jsou popsány principy obou metod. V další části je naznačena metodika fyzikálního přístupu k výpočtu energetické náročnosti budov. Pro vlastní porovnání energetického auditu a PENB byl zvolen bytový dům. Pro výpočet energetické náročnosti budovy bylo nutné definovat všechny potřebné parametry. Pomocí programu NKN byl sestaven PENB a následně dopočítány hodnoty nutné pro energetický audit. Výsledky PENB a energetického auditu jsou porovnány pomocí grafů a tabulek. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější rozdíly.
This thesis is focused on comparison of results of Energy audit and Energy Performance Certificate for the rating of the energy efficiency of buildings. In the first step it describes principles of both methods. Next part indicates physical approach to calculation of energy efficiency of buildings. Appartment building was chosen for the actual comparison of Energy audit and Energy Performance Certificate for the rating of the energy efficiency of buildings. For the calculation of energy efficiency was necessary to determine parametres of chosen building. After that thesis shows creation of Energy Performance Certificate with help of the software NKN and it determines necessary values for Energy audit. Results of Energy audit and Energy Performance Certificate for the rating of the energy efficiency of buildings are compared in charts and tables. Final part summarizes the most important differences.
