Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá nastupujícím trendem Průmyslu 4.0 a s ním spojenými změnami,které společnost v následujících obdobích čekají. Popsány jsou vlivy počátku čtvrté průmyslové revoluce na tři základní ekonomické subjekty, a sice domácnosti, firmy a stát. Uvedeny jsou celosvětové iniciativy zabývající se touto problematikou. Pozornost je věnována především situaci v České republice, která v roce 2016 schválila Iniciativu Průmysl 4.0 za účelem udržení a posílení konkurenceschopnosti. Definovány jsou přínosy a omezení i příležitosti a hrozby této koncepce. Uvedeny jsou příklady využití principů čtvrté průmyslové revoluce u řady světových firem. U společnosti Škoda Auto je kromě uvedeníkonkrétních příkladů provedeno posouzení zapojení firmy do Průmyslu 4.0 a jsouanalyzovány dva procesy v oblasti zajištění kvality, ke kterým autor navrhl zlepšení v souladu s myšlenkou Průmyslu 4.0. Oba tyto návrhy byly předloženy a je o nich diskutováno ve firmě.
This Diploma thesis deals with the incoming trend of Industry 4.0 and related changes, which will affect the society in the forthcoming era. The impacts of the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution on the all three basic economic subjects - consumers, companies, state - have been described. National initiatives dealing with this problematic have been stated as well as the Initiative Průmysl 4.0, which was ratified in 2016 in order to maintain andincrease the competitiveness of the Czech Republic. Benefits and limitations together with challenges and threats of this concept have been defined. The examples of applying the ideas of the fourth industrial revolution in well-known companies are mentioned. In Škoda Auto the examples are stated together with the appraisal of the company involvement in Industry 4.0. The author analysed two processes in quality-assurance and put forward an improvement for each of these processes in accordance with Industry 4.0. Both of these improvements have been officially presented in the company and will be further discussed.
