Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou doplňkového penzijního spoření jako součásti důchodového systému České republiky. Hlavní náplní teoretické části je popis systému doplňkového penzijního spoření včetně jeho účastníků dle současné právní úpravy. Následující kapitoly teoretické části se věnují důchodovému systému České republiky, jeho reformám a porovnání s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie. V rámci praktické části je hlavním tématem systém příspěvků na doplňkové penzijní spoření ve vybrané společnosti. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh optimálního systému poskytování příspěvku zaměstnavatele na doplňkové penzijní spoření, který by lépe vyhovoval potřebám zaměstnanců. Součástí tohoto návrhu je také jeho ekonomické zhodnocení ze strany vybrané společnosti.
This diploma thesis deals with characteristics of supplementary pension savings as a part of the pension system of The Czech Republic. The main content of the theoretical part is the description of the supplementary pension savings system including its participants according to the current legal regulation. The following chapters of the theoretical part deal with the pension system of the Czech Republic, its reforms and comparison with selected countries of the European Union. The main topic of the practical part is the system of contributions to supplementary pension savings in the selected company. The result of this diploma thesis is the proposal of an optimal system of providing the employer's contribution to supplementary pension savings, which would better suit the needs of the employees. Part of this proposal is also its economic appreciation by the selected company.
