Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá objasněním ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb vybraného podniku Wellness Hotel Babylon se sídlem v Liberci. V první části jsou pojmy ubytovací a stravovací služby blíže specifikovány, společně s teoretickými poznatky o daném odvětví. Poté se práce zabývá klasifikací ubytovacích zařízení a náplní práce jednotlivých pracovníků v ubytovacích a stravovacích službách. Následuje podrobná charakteristika komplexu Centrum Babylon, kterého je součástí Wellness Hotel Babylon, doplněna o statistické ukazatele v daném odvětví za poslední období.Poslední část je věnována hlavnímu cíli bakalářské práce a to vypracování návrhu a doporučení na zlepšení služeb či chodu daného podniku. Dílčím cílem práce je vytvoření komparace konkurenčních podniků a hotelu Wellness Hotel Babylon v Liberci.
The bachelor thesis deals with the clarification of the accommodation and catering services of the selected company Wellness Hotel Babylon, based in Liberec.In the first part, the concepts of accommodation and catering services are further specified, together with the theoretical knowledge of the certain sector. Then the thesis deals with the classification of accommodation facilities and job description of each worker in accommodation and catering services. The following part describes Centrum Babylon in more detail, a part of which is Wellness Hotel Babylon. It is supplemented by statistical indicators in the certain sector for the last period.The final part is devoted to the main objective of the bachelor thesis, that is to design a proposal and recommedations for improving the services or running of the business. The partial aim of the thesis is to create a comparison of the competetive hotels and Wellness Hotel Babylon in Liberec.
