Abstract
Řešení poruch srdečního rytmu pomocí implantování kardiostimulátoru je častovyužívaná léčebná metoda. Je důležité, aby pacienti byli informováni a seznámenis omezeními a pravidly, které musí dodržovat po implantaci. Správným dodržovánímtěchto pravidel lze předcházet vzniku možných komplikací ze strany pacienta. Z tohotodůvodu bylo vybráno toto téma. Tato práce je zaměřená na informovanost pacientůs implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými informacemijako jsou indikace k implantaci, předoperační péče, pooperační péče, možnékomplikace, edukace a omezení. Výzkumná část analyzuje výsledky dotazníkovéhošetření. Výstupem bakalářské práce je edukační standard pro pacienty s implantovanýmkardiostimulátorem.

This is the reason why the author of the thesis has chosen this topic.The present thesis is focused on the knowledgeableness of patients with implantedpacemaker. The theoretical part is devoted to general information as indicationsfor implantation, preoperative care, postoperative care, possible complications,education and limitations. In the empirical part, the results of a questionnaire surveyare analyzed. The output of the bachelor's thesis is the education standard for patientswith an implanted pacemaker.
