Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou práv seniorů s demencí, kteří žijí v domově se zvláštním režimem. Je zaměřena na specifika ochrany práv této skupiny seniorů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku stárnutí a stáří, zabývá se charakteristikou demence, jejími projevy a průběhem. Dále se věnuje ochraně lidských práv s důrazem na jednotlivá lidská práva v sociálních službách.Praktická část je zaměřena na vybrané oblasti ochrany práv seniorů s demencí v konkrétním domově se zvláštním režimem. Je využita analýza dokumentace a zjišťování názoru pracovníků, kteří s touto cílovou skupinou pracují, formou dotazníkového šetření. Odpovědi na výzkumné otázky jsou formulovány z výsledků tohoto šetření.
Bachelor thesis deals with the rights protection of the elderly with dementia who live in the home with special regime. It is focused on the specifics of the rights protection of this group of seniorsThe thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the problems of aging and old age, deals with the characteristics of dementia, its manifestations and progression. Attention is also paid to the protection of human rights with an emphasis on individual human rights in social services.The practical part is focused to selected areas of the rights protection of the elderly with dementia in a particular home with a special regime. There is used the analysis of documentation and survey of opinion of workers working with this target group in the form of a questionnaire survey. The answers to the research questions are formulated from the results of this investigation.
