Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo popsat historii městské hromadné dopravy v Liberci. Ta začíná v roce 1897, kdy byla zavedena první tramvajová linka. Práce popisuje celkový vývoj v průběhu let, přes postupné rozrůstání tramvajových linek až po zavedení autobusové dopravy. Tato práce je dovedena do roku 2018, tedy do roku svého vzniku. Mimoto práce prezentuje stručnou historii města Liberce, tak aby bylo možné se zorientovat v historických událostech, jež měly vliv na dopravu.
The goal of this bachelor thesis was to describe the history of public transport in Liberec. It begins in 1897, when the very first tram line was installing. This thesis describes development through the years, from progressive growing of tram lines to introduction bus transport. Text has been finished in 2018, it means in the same year when the work has been written. Besides public transport is here presented short history of Liberec city, so everyone can familiarize with its historic events, which had influence to traffic.
