Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat rozdíly mezi domácím a průmyslovým praním a zahrnout i fáze sušení a žehlení. Tyto druhy praní jsou zkoušeny na textiliích citlivých na údržbu. Je proveden rozbor těchto textilií a jsou na nich měřeny vybrané vlastnosti. V teoretické části je popsáno dle norem co je to praní a jsou zde vystihnuty hlavní rozdíly mezi domácím a průmyslovým praním. Je zde i krátká teorie o sušení a žehlení. Dále práce obsahuje krátký popis programů praní, které byly zvoleny pro různé materiály. V další části této bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny zkoušky na přístrojích, které se prováděly na vzorcích. Následuje stručná charakteristika vlněných a bavlněných vláken a textilií. V praktické části jsou údaje získané na makroskopu a vahách. Dále jsou zde popsány a vyhodnoceny parametry získané na přístrojích Alambeta, Permetest, Text Test FX 3300. Na konci této části jsou hodnoty sráživosti všech vzorků ve směru osnovy i ve směru útku.
The aim of this bachelor´s work is to describe the differences between domestic and industrial washing and include the phases of drying and ironing. These types of washing are tested on textiles which are sensitive to maintenance. Then there is an analysis of these textiles and selected properties are measured. In the theoretical part normal standards of washing are explained along with the main differences between domestic and industrial washing. There is also a short theory of drying and ironing. The work includes a short description of the programmes of washing and which were chosen for different materials. In the next part are detailed the apparatuses, and tests which were performed on samples. There follows a short description of woollen and cotton fabrics and textiles. In the practical part of the work there is the data acquired on the macroscope and scales. Next there is a description and evaluation of the parameters acquired on the apparatuses: Alambeta, Permetest, Text Test FX 3300. At the end of this part are the values of all samples in warp and weft direction.
