Abstract
Tato práce souvisí s historickými technikami barvení přírodních materiálů. V současné době jsou tyto vnímány jako techniky pouţitelné pro malosériovou, popř.domácí výrobu. Pro tyto postupy momentálně není k dispozici ţádné objektivní srovnání ani kvantifikace metod. Tato práce je průzkumová v této oblasti. Zabývá srovnáním a kvantifikací vybraných barvicích technologií na vytváření vzorů rezervovým barvením. Technologie jsou pouţity na celulózové materiály bavlnu a viskózu. Dále jsem se snaţila najít jednoduchou metodu vyhodnocování výsledků umoţňující tato srovnání. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části a to na teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části je kromě teorie o celulózových vláknech uveden proces barvení reaktivními a kypovými barvivy, které byly pouţity v experimentální části. Dále je zde především vypracován přehled technologií na vytváření vzorů na bavlněné a viskózové textilii. Experimentální část se zabývá objektivním srovnáním vybraných metod rezervového barvení a praktickým ověřením. Jako hlavní cíl je stanovena ostrost barevného přechodu, co nejvyšší barevný rozdíl mezi barveným substrátem a rezervovým vzorem, v ideálním případě cílené (ne náhodné) dosaţení původní barevnosti textilie.
This work is focused on historical techniques of dyeing natural textile materials. Nowadays they are considered as the techniques used in small-lot or home-made production. There is no objective comparison or quantification of these methods for these procedures. This is a pilot work in this field. It deals with comparing and fitting specific dyeing technologies to produce pattern in the way of resist dyeing. Technologies are used to dye cellulose materials, cotton and viscose. Then I was trying to find a simple method to analyse the results of dyeing which could make this comparison possible. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and experimental. In the theoretical part there is not discussed only the theory concerning cellulose fibres but also the process of reactive and vat dye, which was used in the experimental part. In addition there is shown the list of technologies creating patterns on cotton and viscose materials. The experimental part is focused on objective comparison of specific methods of resist dyeing and their testing. As the main aim is set the emphasis of colour transition, the chrominance between the dyed material and resist pattern at the highest quality, targeted (not accidental) getting original richness of colour of the textile.
