Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím čedičových vláken ve stavebnictví. Popisem konstrukcí kompozitních materiálů s možností použití čedičových vláken. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny pojmy, které se tohoto tématu týkají, jsou zde dále vysvětleny geopolymery, kompozity, čedič, čedičová vlákna, stavební materiál a Baucis L 160. V experimentální části se diplomová práce zaměřuje na využití dlouhých vláken Basaltex a krátkých odpadových čedičových vláken od výrobce Globain Isover s.r.o. Častolovice vmísením do geopolymerní směsi Baucis L 160 firmy České lupkové závody a.s. Nové Strašecí. Zkoumá vlastnosti vzniklého geopolymerního kompozitu jako je pevnost v tlaku, ohybu a působení různých prostředí na zhotovené zkušební vzorky.
This thesis deals with the use of basalt fibers in the construction industry. Description of the construction composite materials with the use of basalt fibers. The theoretical part describes and explains the terms of this thesis, related to this topic. There are further explainations on geopolymers, composites, basalt, basalt fibers, building materials and Baucis L160. The experimental part of the thesis focuses on the use of long fibers Basaltex and short waste basalt fibers from the producer Globain Isover Ltd. Častolovice by folding into the geopolymer mixture Baucis L 160 České lupkové závody Inc. Nové Strašecí. Examining the properties of the resulting geopolymer composites such as compressive strength, bending and exposure(influence) to different environments on the made test samples.
